Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. -

Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at [email protected]. with your order number and reason for return.
- We will guide you through the return process. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us.
- Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your return.
Refunds

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Since we offer Cash on Delivery as our payment method, refunds will be issued through bank transfer or another mutually agreed method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed. -
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, such as items returned in damaged or used condition, a partial refund may be issued. If this applies to your return, we will notify you. -
Exchange Option
If you’d prefer an exchange, we can offer an exchange for a product of equal value, subject to availability. You will need to cover the return shipping for the exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a return and provide a full refund or replacement at no extra charge.
